Why we ask for your personal information
We want you to be part of our MPS Association family throughout your career and beyond. We want to be able to contact you about events and support you if you require benevolence assistance. You’re consent for us to hold your information will help us to administer any memberships, subscriptions and allow us to inform you of exciting events.
Sharing your data
The data collected is only held at the MPS Association. A small amount of marketing is involved, inviting you to certain events and supplying you with information we believe you may be interested in. If you do subscribe to publications, your address details are given to the publishers in order to send these to you. We have a strict agreement with the publishers about how they treat your information and it is only held there until the publication is distributed.
How we store your information
The personal information you consent to give us is stored on our customer relationship management database. This database is used by solely by the MPS Association. This is a fully managed system and there are procedures and policies in place to keep your information protected from misuse in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations.
Your rights
You have the right to see the information that is held on file; if you wish to submit a Subject Access Request (SAR), this is to be made in writing. Opting out of subscriptions can be managed through your own personal profile.
